I am interested in creating a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. I have over 20 years of experience working with couples, adolescents and youth. I take great care to ensure that my clients develop the tools they need to not only feel better but to thrive both personally and in relationships. I am passionate about building meaningful connections with clients by creating a foundation of kindness and trust.
I believe all worthy journeys behold a fair share of good times and challenging obstacles. I am here to support the highs, lows and everything in between. Whether you are mourning a loss or contemplating a big, new beginning, I look forward to guiding, nurturing and supporting you.
Hello, I'm Miranda. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have spent nearly four of those years in private practice. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CU Boulder and a Master's in Counseling from UCCS. Throughout my career, I have addressed a wide range of concerns and issues, from working with severely mentally ill individuals in a prison setting to engaging with a diverse clientele in community mental health. My specialties include trauma, adolescents, life transitions, and relationship issues.
Just a few years ago, I was caught up in a cycle of self-doubt, shame, and failure. I was early on in adulthood, and already I felt completely worn out; I was convinced my life would end in ruins. Eventually, I was able to seek counseling, and this became a significant factor in helping me find a new sense of hope and freedom. I became a counselor out of a desire to share this gift with others. I aim to create a safe space where my clients can discover new hope on their journey. When you walk into my office, I want you to know that you are welcome here; you belong, and you matter.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I am passionate about helping clients move through the effects of trauma and addiction with compassion, curiosity, and hope. I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we can work toward understanding your experiences, building on your strengths, and creating lasting change.
Everyone's story and experiences matter. I'm endlessly amazed at the resiliency and strength that each person holds, but doesn't always recognize. I'm passionate about helping clients identify and explore the challenges, stressors, trauma, and issues that have caused distress in their life. Through clinical internships and post-graduate employment I have a combined 8 years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range and severity of issues in varying roles.
Since seeing how the community health system hasn't worked for many in the Southwest, I want therapy to be accessible for my clients. So, I can come to you or my office or virtually! I am 1 of only a couple Spanish-speaking therapist in our region, so I work a lot with the immigrant community. Although I am not Latine, I have worked alongside the Latine community for over 10 years and it is a cultural home for me. Whether I am speaking English or Spanish, my personality still comes through. I also work in homelessness, so I'm comfortable with issues like housing insecurity, substance use, psychosis, suicidality & case management.
Hello and welcome! Here's a little synopsis of my professional background in therapy. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University in the Mindfulness-based Transpersonal program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, where I see clients virtually and in person. I am trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) from the Maiberger Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I am continuously curious and always learning. I am happy to share more once we establish a therapeutic relationship.
I'm Sarah Kraft, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide therapy for adults and couples, many of whom are navigating anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, or burnout. Clients often come to me wanting to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves. In our work together, you’ll find warmth, humor, honesty, and a steady sense of hope as we move toward meaningful change.
As a therapist and a mom, I bring both professional insight and real-life perspective to my work. I’m deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and supporting all people in healing their nervous system from the impact of trauma and oppression. I believe each person holds an innate capacity to heal, grow, and move toward a life of joy and purpose. Grounded in my values as a social worker, I believe in the dignity and rights of all people. My background includes volunteering with youth experiencing homelessness, working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and advocating for disability rights—experiences that continue to shape my inclusive, compassionate approach.
