Hello, I’m Mike McInerney, a full-time school counselor and part-time private therapist for adults and adolescents. I have been counseling adults and teens for more than 20 years. I am very open to assisting clients with many sorts of concerns. My focus areas include working with teens, school-related issues, and men's health.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Diverse Minds Psychotherapy in Monroeville, PA. My primary focus areas include Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy. I take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving their therapy goals. I believe in meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to fit their unique needs and aspirations. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment, especially for neurodivergent individuals. My aim is to equip you with the tools, strategies, and understanding necessary to foster lasting change and overall well-being.

I’m Jenna Emmons, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania. I have more than 9 years of experience working in the mental health field, providing support and guidance for teens and adults from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and grief. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of life’s challenges, I offer a warm and supportive space to help you move forward.
I have been a therapist for over 15 years and have come to really love my job. I truly love seeing clients move from distress to wellness. I’m trained in EMDR and psychodynamic therapy but I use IFS, and other modalities as well. I don't think there are any "one size fits all" therapy modalities and we will walk a path together that works for you. I think clients really get to direct this part of the work. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach combines practical tools for healing with deeper insight, offering a supportive and affirming space to explore how past experiences shape the present. Together, we’ll work toward relief, balance, and a stronger sense of self.
Brittany is a holistic clinician and owner of Tender Soule Wellness. She is a licensed queer black counselor and dance/movement therapist. Brittany is warm, energetic, inquisitive, and empathetic. Creating sacred spaces for clients to express themselves fully is Brittany's primary focus.
With over 10 years of experience in community health, trauma and crisis management, I have developed a strong ability to meet clients where they are, delivering real-time feedback and interventions tailored to their unique circumstances. I have worked with individuals ranging from age 3 to 75, bringing a lifespan perspective to my practice. My experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst has positively impacted my use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with solution-focused strategies to empower clients and support meaningful, lasting change.
Hi, I’m Andrea! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 16 years of experience, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re an adult, a child, or part of a family, my goal is to create a supportive and caring space where you can feel truly heard.
I specialize in working with challenges like stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more. If your faith is important to you, I also offer Faith-Based Therapy, blending spiritual principles with psychology for a holistic approach to healing.
Outside of work, I’m a total foodie who loves exploring new flavors, a music lover always adding to my playlist, and a big football fan (game day is serious business!). My sessions are relaxed, down-to-earth, and judgment-free, you can just be yourself. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and work toward creating the positive changes you’re looking for. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone, I’m here to help!
Do you find yourself overthinking everything — replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling stuck in your own head?
You might look like you have it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure what to do next. I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, relationship stress, and constant “what ifs.”
A lot of my clients struggle with communication, setting boundaries, or trusting themselves to make the “right” decision. Together, we slow things down and make things feel more manageable. We focus on clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and helping you feel more confident in your choices.
Therapy with me feels like a real conversation — not clinical or intimidating. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll figure it out step by step.
In our process, as you work towards sharing whatever is on your mind, we listen, think, and feel together, paying attention to patterns that may echo your past and our broader sociopolitical context. We explore what may be difficult to think or feel through on your own—a process that can lead to deepened self-understanding, more curiosity, and new ways of relating with your internal and external worlds. This work can help you feel more spontaneous, more connected to yourself, to others, to your desires and fears, and can lead to new possibilities for intentional choices.
