Greetings,
I have been for therapist for 20 years in the Eastern Mass area. If you made far, I can assist you towards the next chapter in your journey.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and art therapist who works with people navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, emotional highs and lows, and complicated relationships with alcohol or drugs.
My background in art therapy means there is always another way in when words feel like too much. Creative approaches are optional, but available for those who want them.
Outside of the office, I crochet, travel, go to concerts, and practice flow arts. That curiosity and creativity carries into how I work with clients.
Hello & Welcome! My name is Shaleta and I am a licensed therapist, specializing in women's issues. Whether it’s planning a family, a career change, or simply changing daily habits to improve your overall life; change and unexpected challenges can be difficult to process. I can certainly attest that life has its unexpected curveballs.
Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Nocera, a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) with 10 years of clinical training, education, and experience. My holistic approach to therapy focuses on restoring balance in both mind and body. I specialize in supporting adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, work stress/burnout, relationship stress, substance misuse, and neurodiverse brain styles.
I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, and Board-Certified Dance Movement Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to having a healthy and successful life. I’ve been counseling for 19 years, but in the last decade, I have shifted my main focus to female clients aged 18 and up who are struggling with anxiety and trauma.
I graduated from the BIDMC/Harvard Psychiatry Residency Training Program in 2025.
Hi there! My name is Paula (she/her) and I'm a Latina licensed professional counselor working from Virginia.
I am Brazilian and I graduated in Psychology almost 20 years ago - do not do the Math! =)
I have been living in the USA since 2014 and I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I work with clients in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish. My biggest goal is to make you feel heard, seen and worthy. I am currently licensed in VA, MA and WA.
*** I work with individuals only; if you're looking for couples therapy, I'm not a good fit.***
*** Tardiness tolerance: 15 minutes; after that, session is automatically canceled. No show/late cancel (less than 24h) fee: $150 ***
