Hello, and welcome. My name is Patricia Mathison, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for growth.
I bring a strong professional background in mental health counseling, with experience working with diverse populations. My work has allowed me to support clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and stress-related challenges.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling and Psychology from Lesley University, where I received comprehensive training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I continue to stay current in the field through ongoing professional development and training.
My areas of specialization include anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem, or relationship issues. I often draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and authenticity. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I am here to help you move forward with confidence and resilience.
I could list all my accomplishments from the past 30 years, but that wouldn't give you a true sense of my style or beliefs. I strive to empathize, be respectful, and remain non judgemental. We all face worries, stresses, and challenges daily, and we all need someone who listens and understands. While family and friends can provide wonderful support, talking to someone with professional expertise and an outside perspective can be incredibly beneficial.
The way you think, feel, and act creates your reality. But it can be hard to quiet your mind as it is currently. Maybe you're caught in cycles of overthinking or people-pleasing, prioritizing others’ needs and leaving little space for your own. You long to feel connected and grounded, but the buzzing energy never fully fades. Even when things look fine on the outside, you might feel emotionally overwhelmed or like you're not doing enough — no matter how much you achieve. You may wonder, “Why do I feel this way? Am I broken?” You’re not. These thoughts and feelings are trying to point you somewhere. I can help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface to live with ease, authenticity, and pleasure. Let's explore your potential reality together.
Navigating current life stressors or healing from the past can feel overwhelming and beyond our control. However, with the right therapist to support you in processing these experiences, you can build greater peace, healing, and clarity.
I am accepting new clients. Navigating through life can be challenging. I have an extensive background and advanced training in substance use and mental health. My concentrations are substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also experienced in providing emotional support with gender identity, LGBTQ+, situational life stressors, major life events, relationship difficulties, legal problems, OUI charges, or loss. I have worked with adults of all diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Every person's journey is unique. My hope is to support you in your intentions to live your best and most satisfying life.

I am a multi-state licensed therapist (CA, MA, WA, MD, SC) offering flexible scheduling coast to coast. I am dedicated to helping you move from feeling boxed in to feeling empowered to make changes. My approach is centered on controlling the controllables. We will work together to identify the practical steps you can take today whether you are navigating through a career change or new stage in your life, or processing the deeper emotional impact of grief, trauma or chronic illness. I look forward to helping you find your footing and reclaim your sense of agency.
I’m Dr. Olivier Barthelemy (“Dr. Ollie”), a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or persistent thought patterns that are hard to break.
I strive to create a structured and compassionate space where we can make sense of these experiences, reduce distress, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My approach is also informed by a strong foundation in neuropsychology, shaped through training at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) and the VA Boston Healthcare System.
This background deepens my understanding of how brain function and behavior interact, enriching both therapy and assessment. Drawing on both science and empathy, I’m committed to helping clients restore balance, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Minnesota with a PhD in Psychology, 7 years of experience working as a therapist, and 22 years of experience working as a coach. I have accumulated a wide range of experience working with a diverse clientele. Some of the many issues I have worked with people on are depression, anxiety, self-harm, addiction, trauma, parenting problems, relationship issues, ADHD, sexual abuse, pornography addiction, and anger management.
