My passion has always been to empower others to live their fullest, most authentic lives. I believe that each of us holds the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within—we simply need the space, support, and encouragement to uncover it. I’m driven by a deep desire to help others overcome self-doubt, reconnect with their inner voice, and build a life aligned with their values, passions, and purpose.
Hey there! I'm passionate about helping you navigate life's twists and turns, finding that sweet spot where you can thrive and grow. Whether you're tackling solo challenges like life transitions, stress, or trauma, or you're a dynamic duo in need of relationship TLC, consider me your partner in progress.
My name is Kristy Gustavson, and I am the sole owner of Table for One LLC. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to go along side you as you explore, heal, and embrace all sides of yourself.
Since received my masters from Towson University in 2016, I have worked in mental health and addiction settings, working with clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, adjustment disorders, borderline personality disorder, and more.
Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, struggling to navigate life’s challenges, or looking for a safe space to grow and heal? Whether it’s anxiety, stress, or difficulty expressing emotions, therapy can provide the tools and support you need. I work with clients aged 12 and up, helping them explore their experiences, process emotions, and develop skills to thrive. Life’s journey is unique for everyone, and I’m here to meet you where you are.
I help people heal from the past and learn to thrive in the present. Relational struggles, problems sleeping, focusing, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed; not to worry, I am here to help you. I love working with individuals and watching them learn ways to feel better overall and to live a life they always dreamed of living. I have been working in mental health since 1999 and earned my Doctorate in Psychology in 2010.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with women, and female-identifying clients, (18+) who want to heal their relationship with their bodies and uncover their authentic identity in order to build lasting self-worth and empowerment in all areas of life. I want to help women feel powerful, worthy, and confident and finally shed narratives of shame and perfectionism that hinder self-perception. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from Pepperdine University and my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. I have had clinical experience in a range of different non-profit, healthcare, and treatment agency settings that provided me with invaluable training to help clients feel empowered and make lasting changes.
