I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and have been practicing since 2023. I have a Master in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. As a Latina counselor I bring clinical and cultural understanding into the therapy space. Whether you identify as first-generation, BIPOC, or simply find yourself trying to balance traditional values with modern expectations you will be met with a space where you can feel seen and understood, through warmth and curiosity.
I'm Kim Roberts, LCSW. I graduated with my master's degree in social work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010. I live in Estes Park, CO which allows me to fully indulge myself in the outdoors, hiking, sledding, biking, walking/jogging. I have a new rescue puppy named Salli Sue who is a great emotional support for me. I have two grown sons who I enjoy spending time with. I have a passion for working with people of all ages. I provide supportive therapy to adults and adolescents who are struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, OCD and relationship issues. I work to help you evaluate what thought patterns, core beliefs, and behaviors are no longer serving you and to develop tools to self-soothe, affirm yourself, set boundaries, enhance authenticity and communicate effectively.

Many of the people I work with are going through some kind of transition.
Sometimes that looks like anxiety that’s getting harder to manage, feeling stuck in the same patterns, or navigating changes in relationships, identity, or life direction. Other times it’s grief, stress, or a sense that something just isn’t working the way it used to.
You might find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don’t quite make sense, even to you. You may understand things logically, but still feel stuck emotionally.
My background is in clinical mental health counseling, and my work is grounded in approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also have advanced training in working with relationship dynamics, which often show up even in individual therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a journalist. That still shapes how I work today. I pay close attention, listen for patterns, and help you make sense of your story in a way that feels clear, grounded, and meaningful.
I work with adults who want to get back in touch with what is most important to them to feel more connected to themselves and others. I can share techniques to manage anxiety, overcome past & present challenges, connect more authentically with others, and identify skills that will help you succeed in school, work and life. Lindsy Redman MA, LPC-S, CSAT, SEP (EMDR) offers EMDR therapy and Somatic Experiencing therapy to address relational trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. She is licensed in both Arizona and Colorado, offering telehealth throughout both states.

Knoel Hendrick has an appreciation for the resiliency that each one of us have within ourselves. She believes that we have the strength and sometimes even the tools we need within ourselves to move beyond the pain and hurt. Knoel feels like no one should go through difficult times alone. She enjoys walking along side her clients during the difficult times. Knoel Hendrick earned her undergraduate degree in social work from Auburn University and her Master’s from Southern University at New Orleans. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the field. She has a diverse background of experience within the field of social work. She has worked in a pediatric office in behavioral health, juvenile detention and foster care, hospitals, specialty mental health clinics, special education, leadership development, and hospice. Knoel has worked with individuals, couples and groups. She has worked with children, teens, adults and older adults. Knoel utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Christian counseling.
Knoel grew up in the South but arrived in Colorado as soon as she could. She considers Colorado her home, since she has been here for over 16 years. She loves living in Colorado and fell in love with the people. She has been married for 28 years to her soul mate and feels so blessed to share life together with her husband. I went to Naropa University in Boulder, CO, receiving my masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. So, I see psychological growth through a Buddhist lens. It’s possible to summarize that view as the movement toward authenticity, growing through versions of self that no longer feel genuine. In Buddhism that movement often starts with samvega: the realization that grooved cycles of suffering no longer serve us. We might ask ourselves: What makes me vulnerable to such cycles? How and when were the tracks laid down? We might enter a process of self-inquiry through which we become more our authentic selves, for change takes place in the heart when we grieve harmful circumstances and the adaptations of self we made to get through. In such a movement, we are waking up out of, so it’s the energy of wakefulness that’s active in us, that returns us to authenticity. Wakefulness might be the energy motivating you now to seek out a therapist.
