I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that makes them excited to wake up in the morning. Unfortunately, many people live imprisoned in negativity brought upon by childhood trauma, abusive relationships, or toxic work environments. I have worked with survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and childhood trauma. I enjoy building genuine connection with my clients and seeing them surpass their expectations in creating a life worth living.
If you’re here, you’re likely dealing with something that should be manageable—but isn’t.
Maybe you:
• know what to do but struggle to follow through
• feel overwhelmed or burned out
• experience anxiety or panic that shows up at the worst times
• are successful in life, but things feel inconsistent or harder than they should
I work with high-achieving individuals navigating ADHD or executive dysfunction, burnout, anxiety/panic, and relationship challenges—especially when there’s a gap between what you’re capable of and what’s actually happening day-to-day.
The goal isn’t just to “talk things through.”
It’s to help you:
• improve follow-through
• reduce overwhelm
• feel more in control of your daily life
• and show up more consistently in your work and relationships
If you’re not sure where to start, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine the best next step.

Feeling stuck and ready to take the next step in your life? You’re not alone. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and long-standing unresolved challenges by helping them explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and safety. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, trust your inner voice. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify goals that matter most to you whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, addressing unresolved challenges, or figuring out what’s next when you’re ready for change but unsure where to begin. I primarily integrate evidence-based therapeutic methods, with EMDR as the central approach guiding the treatment process
Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree from Villanova University. As a therapist working with both children and adults with 5 years experience, my clinical approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences. Many individuals come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma, stress, or life transitions, and my role is to walk alongside them as they develop insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.
