I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working with first responders and their families. I understand the unique stressors that accompany careers in emergency services, including exposure to trauma, high-stakes decision-making, shift work, and the impact these demands can have on personal relationships and overall well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained my clinical license in 2024, with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through therapy and mental health services, including five years of clinical work prior to becoming licensed. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and a background in community mental health and program leadership, I have had the privilege of walking alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on meeting each person where they are. I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools in a safe and non-judgmental space. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I have experience supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life adjustments. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as you move toward healing and greater balance in your life.
You want to feel heard and understood, yet something is still missing—like you’re carrying more than you should on your own. If you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. Using a holistic and mindful approach, I help clients reduce emotional pain, manage unwanted symptoms, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self through self-compassion and intentional self-care.
I am a trauma-certified CBT therapist who supports individuals in building confidence, self-worth, and emotional resilience. I specialize in working with anxiety, anger management, relationship challenges, and trauma, including experiences of sexual abuse. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
When you begin to prioritize yourself, meaningful changes can happen—not only within you, but in your relationships as well. Together, we’ll focus on creating lasting growth by strengthening the skills and inner resources you already have.
