Hello! I’m a holistic and integrative Stanford-trained psychiatrist accepting clients for weekly therapy using brainspotting.
Brainspotting actually happens naturally in all great therapy!
Brainspotting is a therapy that doesn’t rely on talking the whole time—instead, it helps access deeper parts of the brain tied to emotion, memory, and instinct. By holding attention on certain spots in your visual field, we can open up access to unresolved feelings or experiences that might not come up through words alone.
Once we get to know one another, we help you enter a light altered state using eye positioning and music and using neuroscience principles and a background in psychedelic therapy, we allow your brain and body to guide you towards resolution. I am Level 1 certified and look forward to working with you!
I realize that most of us could use support, especially during times of overwhelming challenges in our personal and professional lives. Life can be complex, with significant obligations and expectations from family, friends, and ourselves. When these challenges become too much, it’s normal to start doubting our ability to manage our affairs and interactions. If stress, doubt, and dissatisfaction go unaddressed, these feelings can develop into an unhealthy view of ourselves and our environment—and it’s at this point that many recognize a need for help.
I work with adults facing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, sleep issues, and substance use, offering clear, practical help—no guesswork. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, have trouble sleeping, or struggle to focus. We follow a structured approach to understand your situation and develop a treatment plan that progresses. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and focused follow-up using evidence-based and trauma-informed strategies. The process is simple, with clear steps and adjustments based on your progress. If you're ready to proceed, reach out.
Prioritizing your mental health is the foundation for a stable, fulfilling life. I know that the first step—reaching out for help—is often the hardest, so I want to acknowledge your courage in being here. I bring 30 years of experience as a board-certified psychiatrist to our work together.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I know that seeking help for your mental health can take courage, and I deeply respect each person’s journey. I take time to listen, collaborate, and find a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle. I value open communication and believe that healing happens best when we work together as a team.
