I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in nursing and mental health care. I focus on medication management with a supportive, real-life approach. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD.
I believe you should feel heard, understood, and involved in your care. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can work together to find what truly helps you feel better and function at your best. I also incorporate brief therapeutic support alongside medication when it’s needed.
My name is Luis Rosas, PMHNP-BC, and I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in emergency nursing and mental health. I’ve spent years caring for patients in high-stress and crisis settings, which taught me the value of resilience, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I provide care for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. My mission is to help clients regain balance, build strength, and move toward the life they want with clarity and confidence.
I am an integrative clinician providing psychotherapy, coaching, and mindful medication management to support meaningful and lasting change. I am also a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s from UCSF (2018), where I trained at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics. Additionally, I hold a Sociology degree from Dartmouth College and have completed advanced training through the Psychedelic Therapies & Research Certificate at CIIS, coursework at the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program, and foundational studies in energy medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I continue to refine my work through ongoing psychoanalytic supervision.
